📍Salt Lake City|Discovered an Adorable Thai Restaurant 🇹🇭
I’ve had my eye on this cute little spot for a while, and finally grabbed a lunch break to try it—and it did not disappoint! 🥡💖 The interior is simple but thoughtfully designed—not cheap-looking despite being budget-friendly. The walls are decorated with traditional Thai straw hats and handmade bamboo baskets 🧺, and the utensils are neatly arranged in tray baskets. The whole restaurant feels clean, bright, and cozy—a truly comfortable little place 🌿✨. The restaurant owner’s service is beyond praise—almost overly polite and professional, always smiling and bowing, which made me feel a bit shy but very welcomed 🙇♂️😊. 🍍 Pineapple Fried Rice I don’t eat Thai food often, but based on my limited experience, this was the first time I’ve seen fried shallot crisps on pineapple fried rice—and I loved it! The rice is slightly soft and moist. Unless you’re super strict about having perfectly separated grains, this dish is highly recommended 👍. 🥥 Chicken Tom Kha (Coconut Curry Soup) A warm and gentle bowl perfect for winter ❄️🍲. I’m not totally used to slightly sweet curry soups, but this one was delicious. Again, Thai cuisine isn’t usually my go-to, but if you’re a fan of Thai flavors and in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit!
