If you’re like me and don’t feel like staying home but also don’t want to hike on weekends, finding a cozy spot for coffee and daydreaming is ideal.☕️ Today, I visited a café near downtown and loved its design. Sunlight streaming through the windows, paired with coffee and a slice of cake, created the ultimate cozy vibe. 🍰 The owner was a chef at Snowbird over 40 years ago. He noticed Salt Lake’s coffee wasn’t as good as elsewhere, so he bought his own machine to roast beans—it’s still in the shop today! Funny enough, he originally planned to open a restaurant and sell coffee on the side, but coffee ended up stealing the show. 😄 The owner has visited 25 coffee-producing countries and is such a kind, well-traveled grandpa. I ordered their signature ​​Honeybee Latte​​—it has a strong cinnamon flavor, so skip it if that’s not your thing.
