The weather was beautiful on Friday, so after lunch I stopped by again 🍂☀️. Coincidentally, the Italian owner was making fresh waffle cones—the smell was so heavenly and comforting! 🧇❤️ This gelato spot in Holliday has become my latest obsession. It’s surrounded by great restaurants, and the shop itself is clean and minimalist with 50s–60s rock & roll playing in the background 🎶🍦. They use local dairy and are RBST-free. This time I tried the Pistachio gelato—as a die-hard pistachio fan, I was blown away! 🌟😍 The Bacio flavor was also excellent—like a whole Ferrero Rocher melting in your mouth 🍫✨. The Affogato (gelato soaked in coffee) was just okay. I tried the Casablanca version, which had hazelnut gelato in cocoa instead of coffee—a bit too sweet and not very memorable, but still tasty.
