Salt Lake City – Itto Sushi Omakase 🍣
Focuses on great value with high-quality ingredients.✨ The sea urchin was sweet, the fish was rich and buttery, and the matcha dessert at the end was delicious! The chef (likely Korean) is full of passion and uses a lot of citrus-inspired flavors. Not sure if he’s been watching Meet You After Sweet & Bitter—he really tries to explain every detail of each dish to you. By the way… Kinda feel like omakase isn’t the best choice for a first date 😅 You get interrupted every few minutes while trying to talk. Ignoring the chef feels rude, so you have to occasionally throw in a “wow” to boost his energy… Then he continues his fiery cooking performance with even more passion! So… are there any omakase spots where the chef cooks quietly without much chatter?! 🤫 #SaltLakeCity #Omakase #ChefDrama #DateNight #FoodExperience #DiningOut #QuietCookingWish
