Salt Lake City Food|White Horse 🍸🍽️
🎀 Egg N’ Chips 4/5 The server pours a 63°C sous-vide egg over truffle malt vinegar potato chips right at your table and mixes it all up—a unique and tasty experience! Fun to try once, but probably wouldn’t order again. 🎀 1/2 Dozen Oysters 3.5/5 Fresh and sweet, decent size—pretty standard but good. 🎀 Steak Tartare 4.5/5 The beef was well-prepared, served with crispy bread and a creamy egg yolk sauce—perfect pairing! 🎀 Duck Breast 4.5/5 Cooked medium—super tender and juicy. Paired with locally grown Utah cherries for a sweet-tangy balance that wasn’t heavy at all. Even better than Urban Hill’s cherry duck! The potatoes and Brussels sprouts were a bit salty, but overall still a favorite. 🎀 Saint Takeya 4/5 A tequila-based cocktail with matcha powder, lime juice, and celery bits. Refreshing and smooth—matcha was subtle, celery flavor stood out more. 🎀 HCBU Old Fashioned 3.5/5 A solid Old Fashioned—nothing extraordinary, but no complaints. White Horse is technically a bar, but the food is seriously delicious! Probably my favorite spot in SLC so far—will definitely be back! ❤️ #SaltLakeCityEats #UtahFood #SLCFood #WhiteHorse #CocktailBar #FoodReview #DateNightSpot
