🏰 Salt Lake City Restaurant 🍷|The Most Instagram-Worthy Hidden Gem!
📍 La Caille Restaurant I came to Salt Lake City for skiing but ended up completely wowed by this fine dining spot — delicious food and incredibly photogenic! I just had to share this find ASAP! 📸✨ The restaurant is nestled in a stunning, expansive estate complete with a winery, gardens, a lodge, a bar, and more. The building itself looks like a fairytale castle 🏰 — making it the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful meal and snap gorgeous photos after a day on the slopes. And compared to Colorado, it’s so much more affordable — even as a Seattleite, I was genuinely moved when I saw the bill! 🥹💸 【🚗 Location】 Located in Sandy, it’s super close to major ski resorts like Snowbird and Brighton. Perfect for a post-ski dinner without the long drive! 🎿❄️ 【🍽️ What We Tried】 Cocktails: 🍹 Strawbeer Platinum Margarita — Both were delicious! 🍸 Passionfruit Mojito — Refreshing and fruity 🍃 Appetizer: 🥑 Avocado Tuna Salad (complimentary) — Light, fresh, and tasty! 🥓 Peppercorn Maple Glazed Bacon — Honey-glazed thick-cut bacon, torched tableside. I usually don’t love bacon, but this first bite blew me away — possibly the best bacon I’ve ever had! 🔥🍯 Soup & Salads: 🦞 Lobster Bisque — Served with caviar, rich and flavorful. Instantly warmed me up from the inside! Signature Entrees: 🐚 Scallop Truffle Risotto — The scallops were fresh and fragrant, though the risotto could’ve been creamier. Still enjoyable! Desserts: 🍨 Mango Sorbet (complimentary) — A palate cleanser with a dense, silky texture, somewhere between sorbet and gelato. Even as someone who doesn’t usually like sorbet, I loved it! 🍮 Pumpkin Bread Pudding — Just the right level of sweetness. We finished it in seconds! 😋 【💰 Price】 Including tax and tip, it was around $100 per person — and we left stuffed! For this quality and portion, as a Seattle local, I was honestly touched 😭❤️. #RomanticLifeDiaries #SaltLakeCity #SLCSki #SaltLakeCityFood #SkiTrip #Seattle
