🥞 Salt Lake City SLC | Trying a New Brunch Spot Every Weekend!

Like Eva’s, this place only stays open until 3 PM. When I arrived around 11 AM on a Saturday, the parking lot was packed and a crowd was waiting outside 🚗💨 Luckily, I made a reservation on Yelp – so I breezed right past everyone and got seated 😎 As a loyal Eggs Benedict fan, I of course ordered just that! 🍳 The poached egg was perfectly cooked – runny but not underdone. However, the hollandaise sauce was a bit heavy, and maybe a touch too much lemon juice made it slightly sour. The fried & roasted potato wedges were warm and tasty, but a bit greasy for an empty stomach 🫠 💬 Final thoughts: A decent but not outstanding brunch spot. Nice atmosphere but crowded and noisy.
