San Antonio: Alamo Biscuit @ River Walk

While dining near the River Walk in San Antonio, I noticed plenty of charming little spots along the river — but since it was raining 🌧️, we chose this biscuit-focused restaurant with over 2,000 Google reviews and a 4.6-star rating. I ordered the Biscuit Chicken Sandwich, curious to see how a place named after biscuits would stand out. A family member got the Nashville Madame on toast, which came with chicken strips. The fried chicken itself was decent, but a biscuit is still a biscuit — even if the batter was a bit richer, I’m just not used to that texture 😅.
