San Antonio|85°C Bakery – Today’s Score

Last time I came, it was closed 😅. Then I heard on opening day, people were lining up around the parking lot — in this Texas heat, no thank you! 🥵 Today, since I was nearby and figured it’d been open for a few days, maybe the crowd had thinned… and I was right! Came around 3 PM — still busy, but the line moved fast. Only waited about 10 minutes 🕒✅. Here are some of my faves — both savory and sweet: ✨ Spicy Sausage Bread ($2.6) – Savory little bun with a slightly spicy sausage inside, topped with mayo, ketchup, and a bit of hot sauce. Really good! 🌭🔥 ✨ Pork Sung Halfmoon ($3.65) – Super fluffy cake-like bread filled with savory pork floss and light cream. Mostly salty, not too rich. ✨ Croissant Crunch ($2.1) – For sweet lovers! Crispy, flaky croissant with thin toasted almond slices — so satisfying with every bite 🥐✨. 🥤 Drinks: Mango Green Tea 🥭 – Get 25% sugar & light ice or it’ll be too sweet! Refreshing and light. Grapefruit Green Tea 🍵 – 25% sugar & light ice — slightly bitter but nice. Mango Smoothie – Sweetness not adjustable, ice not blended fine enough — not recommended. We left around 4 PM, and by then almost all the bread was sold out 🏃‍♀️💨. Only cakes and a few items left. Even though Google says they’re open till 8 PM — they close when they sell out, so don’t go too late! 📍 85°C Bakery Cafe 12710 W Interstate 10 Ste 150, San Antonio, TX 78230 #SanAntonio #SanAntonioFood #SanAntonioTravel
