San Antonio|85°C Bakery – Today’s Visit 🥖🍰
Last time I came, it was closed 😅 Then I heard on opening day the line wrapped around the parking lot – just thinking about waiting in that Texas heat made me sweat! 🥵 Today I was nearby and figured since it’s been open a few days, maybe the crowd died down. Got there around 3 PM – still busy but the line moved fast. Only waited about 10 minutes! ⏳ Here’s what I tried (and loved): ✨ Spicy Sausage Bun ($2.6) – Savory mini bread with a slightly spicy sausage inside, topped with mayo, ketchup, and a bit of hot sauce. One of my faves! 🌭🔥 ✨ Pork Sung Halfmoon ($3.65) – Super fluffy cake-like bread with savory pork floss and light cream. Not too heavy, more on the salty side. 🥮 ✨ Croissant Crunch ($2.1) – Perfect for sweet tooths! Crispy, flaky croissant with almond slices – so satisfying with every bite. 🥐✨ 🥤 Drink Recommendations: Mango Green Tea 🥭 – Get 25% sugar + light ice! Refreshing and not too sweet. Grapefruit Green Tea 🍵 – 25% sugar + light ice. Slightly bitter but tasty. Mango Smoothie – Cannot adjust sweetness 😬, too sweet and ice wasn’t blended well. Not recommended. By 4 PM when we left, almost all the bread was sold out – only some cakes were left. Even though Google says they’re open till 8 PM, they close early if they run out. 🚨 Don’t go too late or you might miss out! 📍 85°C Bakery Cafe 12710 W Interstate 10 Ste 150, San Antonio, TX 78230 #SanAntonio #85DegreesC #BakeryLove #FoodReview #UTSA #TexasEats #AsianBakery
