This spot is a ramen and sushi place inside Alamo Quarry Market 🍜🍣. ✨ Crispy Pig Ears – My absolute favorite appetizer! Fried till crispy yet still chewy with that satisfying cartilage crunch 😋. Served with a tangy dipping sauce that cuts through any richness — highly recommend! I’ve gone back just for this dish 🏆. ✨ Takoyaki – Pretty good!
