They used to have liangpi (cold skin noodles) 😢 — gone now. I asked this summer and they said they’re not making it at all anymore. By the way, Mian doesn’t serve it either… double sadness 💔. Here are the dishes I do recommend: 🍜 Lamb Ban Mian – Tasty with either thin or wide noodles! 🌶️ Make sure to get it at least mildly spicy — otherwise it can be bland. 🥒 Garlic Cucumber Salad – Usually really good — cucumbers stay crispy and garlicky! 🐷 Cold Pig Ear Salad – Pretty solid choice. 🥔 Sour & Spicy Shredded Potatoes – More tangy than spicy, with a nice crunch. Comes with a bowl of rice 🍚. 🍝 Zhajiangmian (Fried Sauce Noodles) – Decent, but leans a bit sweet for my taste.
