The industrial-chic design feels modern, and the open-air setting is filled with contagious energy and laughter — lively but never overwhelming. The handcrafted cocktail menu is outstanding 🍸. I was impressed by the bartender's creativity and skill — especially their signature cocktails (often made with Texas spirits!), along with a thoughtful selection of beer and wine 🍻🍷. If you're looking for drinks as stunning as the view, this is the place. Beyond the bar, 1Watson serves Southwestern-inspired small plates with a Texas twist 🌮🥩. Think smoked brisket tacos and creative appetizers — perfect for sharing under the city lights. I’ll admit, I preferred the Southern Gentleman and Espresso Martini over the brisket tacos, but I’ll definitely be back for more views, vibes, sips — and dishes!
