Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) They used to have cold skin noodles, but not anymore 😢. Was told they usually offer it in summer, but this year they’ve stopped completely. Also, Mian doesn’t make it either… double sadness. Recommended Dishes: ✨ Lamb Ban Mian – Both thin and wide noodles are good! Make sure to ask for at least mild spice – otherwise it might be too plain. ✨ Garlic Cucumber Salad 🥒 – Most of the time it’s great – cucumbers are nice and crispy. ✨ Pig Ear Salad – Pretty tasty! ✨ Spicy & Sour Shredded Potatoes 🥔 – Tangy and slightly spicy. The potatoes are crunchy, and it comes with a bowl of rice. ✨ Zhajiang Noodles – Not bad, but a bit on the sweet side. The noodle portions are generous!
