Tucked away just beyond the River Walk, HOLA is a Spanish tapas bar we discovered on Google – and it turned out to be the culinary highlight of our San Antonio trip! 🎉 Honestly, the best meal I had there, and I won’t accept any arguments! 😉 Their paella is absolutely incredible – loaded with fresh seafood and bursting with flavor 🦐🍚. We also tried a variety of tapas: Lamb 🐑 Calamari 🦑 Scallop 🍤 Pork belly 🥓 Asparagus 🌱 Every single dish was a delight! Even without ordering drinks, the food alone was a memorable experience.
