San Antonio – Hola! An Oasis in the Food Desert 🌵✨

This restaurant is truly a flower blooming in the food desert 😄. The owner is absolutely hilarious — when he asked my mom and me what we wanted to drink, I said we don’t drink alcohol. He immediately went, “Oh no…” 😱 then asked the head chef, who replied, “They don’t drink… what are we gonna do?” I quickly changed my mind and said, “My mom will drink!” 🍷😂 We ordered the seafood paella 🥘 — huge portion and so flavorful! The asparagus and lamb were also delicious 😋. After the meal, I asked to take a photo of him. He said, “My photo is worth $1,000 — FBI and CIA are both looking for me!” 🕵️♂️💸 Then he asked how the food was. I said, “Pretty good.” He replied, “Nooooo, we’re in Texas — you gotta say Damn good!” 🤠🔥 So… I’d advise introverts to think twice before coming here 😉.
