San Diego|Late Night Eats|Xinjiang Barbecue
📍 XINJIANG BBQ Address: 6931 Linda Vista Rd, San Diego, CA 92111 Price: $20-30 per person Hours: Open until 2 AM daily, until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays After a Halloween night🎃 at Sea World, it was past midnight when we headed out looking for food. Aside from McDonald’s, this Xinjiang BBQ spot was the only place still open💡. A friend brought me here—I had no idea this place existed before~ Stepping inside, the place was packed, and LED screens covered the walls, giving me a retro vibe that felt like stepping back in time to an old-school restaurant in China😮. It was too crowded to take photos, but the lively atmosphere instantly made me feel at ease. As a foodie, I decided to try a bit of everything so I could share a proper review✨! One friend loves their dough drop soup🍲, while another is crazy about their skewers. From my experience: the classic beef skewers🍢, chicken wings, grilled mantou, and toasted bread slices are all safe bets~ The cucumber salad is refreshing and perfect for balancing richer flavors🥒, and the cheesy corn is rich and stretchy🧀. But be careful with the oysters—they were a bit fishy, and I spit mine out after one bite😣… The fried noodles and soup noodles were okay, but they went well with the grilled skewers. This place is full of energy, especially when it’s crowded—perfect for hanging out with friends late at night👫. Eating skewers, chatting, and watching the screens gave me major night market vibes🌃! #LateNightEats #XinjiangBBQ #SanDiegoFood #MidnightBites #SkewerLover #FoodReview #SanDiegoNightLife
