The meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich, savory flavor and no gamey taste. Even friends who usually avoid lamb couldnât resist having two skewers! Besides the classic lamb skewers, their nangkeng baked buns are a must-try! The outer layer is crispy, and the filling is fragrant minced lamb.
