San Diego | Coco Bomb
Today, I came to San Diego from Los Angeles to show a client a nail salon 💅, and my stomach was rumbling. I stumbled upon a hidden gem—Coco Bomb! They actually use a whole coconut as a bowl, filled with thick coconut flesh, soft coconut strips, fragrant coconut milk ice cream, and topped with a layer of golden mango… It’s like a tropical storm hitting your taste buds 🌴❄️. I ordered the signature Coconut Sundae with Mango: the coconut flavor is pure, not artificial at all; the coconut flesh is so fresh it’s almost “chewy”; the ice cream is just the right sweetness; and the mango is delicious—definitely not canned! Sitting in their little outdoor garden, with sunlight warming the coconut bowl, I even felt like I was vacationing in Phuket 😌. The only downside is that it’s only available in San Diego. But maybe it’s this “exclusivity” that makes every bite feel even more special. If you love refreshing frozen treats or are a coconut fanatic, you have to try it! 📍 Name: Coco Bomb 📍 Address: 2379 Ulric St, San Diego, CA 92111 🕒 Hours: Daily 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Next time you’re in San Diego, make sure to give it a top spot in your itinerary 🥥! #SanDiegoEats #CoconutLover #SummerDesserts #DessertRecommendation #HiddenGem #CaliforniaTravel #FoodDiary
