This hidden gem in the Convoy area is a must-visit for dessert lovers! I finally got to try their famous souffle pancakes, and they did not disappoint! ✨ We ordered two flavors: 🍓 Strawberry Cream Souffle Pancake 🥞 Original Souffle Pancake Made fresh to order, each batch takes 15-20 minutes⏳, but it's totally worth the wait! When I opened the box, I was amazed by their jiggly, cloud-like texture—so cute! ☁️ The original flavor won my heart! The melt-in-your-mouth texture is incredibly light, and when paired with maple syrup and butter, it's simply perfect💫. It’s not overly sweet, so I could easily finish the whole thing without feeling guilty～ The strawberry cream version is great for those who prefer a richer treat. The combination of fresh strawberries and sweet cream is irresistible🍰. My American friend loved this one and said it was the best souffle pancake she’s ever had! Parking can be a bit tricky🚗, but the shop itself is cozy and never too crowded. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!
