San Diego | Super Cute Café Review ☕️
I finally visited Hinar—a café I’d been saving on my list for a long time! It’s located in San Diego and has a really cozy environment, making it a great place to relax or study. The café was pretty busy when I went on a Sunday, but the vibe was still lovely. We ordered two drinks and three cakes—here’s what we thought! Drinks: 🍵 Iced Earl Grey Matcha Latte — $7.75 🫖 Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte — $7.75 The matcha taste was a bit light and slightly sweet. If you're a matcha lover, this might not be your first choice, but it was still refreshing! Cakes: 🍓 Strawberry Cream Cake — $12 So delicious! The cream wasn’t heavy or overly sweet, and the cake was moist. With fresh strawberries, it was perfectly balanced—highly recommend! 🍰 Basque Cheesecake — $12 🍪 Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake — $12 Both cheesecakes were pretty large and had a denser texture (no lava center). They were tasty at first, but one portion was too much for one person. Better to share! The café is bright and comfortable—I saw many people reading or working on their laptops. If you’re looking for a quiet and warm spot, Hinar is a nice option! While the matcha was just okay, the cakes are definitely worth trying. Final Thoughts: ✅ Great atmosphere, perfect for studying ✅ Strawberry cake and Basque cheesecake are yummy ❌ Matcha is a bit sweet and mild 💡 Recommend sharing cakes—portions are generous! #SanDiego #SanDiegoEats #CafeReview #DessertLover #StudySpot #FoodDiary #CaliforniaLife
