San Diego Dining Guide | Kinme Omakase
📍 Kinme Omakase Review I’ve never been a fan of traditional Omakase, so when I heard this place offers a fusion twist, I couldn’t wait to try it out ✨ The winter menu is full of thoughtful touches! The chef skillfully incorporates seasonal ingredients and creative flavors. The restaurant’s decor is elegant, and the ambiance is absolutely on point 💯 The service is attentive and warm, with every dish plated like a work of art on exquisite tableware. What I loved most is how friendly it is for introverts! The chef never forces conversation but gently checks in to make sure everything is perfect—so reassuring 😊 The ingredients are truly top-notch! Every piece of sushi features thick, fresh fish. The biggest surprise? The vegetables are incredibly delicious! The starter of oysters paired with persimmon is both novel and harmonious 🦪🍅 The wagyu puff and steak are cooked to perfection—rich but not greasy 🥩 The toro tart is an absolute flavor explosion! Five layers of texture melt in your mouth, with an indulgent richness that makes you close your eyes in bliss 🤤 The hand-whisked matcha ceremony before ending the meal is full of tranquility: accompanied by specially chosen Zen music, the chef whisks each bowl of vibrant green tea and serves it personally 🍵 As we left, the team bowed at the door to thank every guest—a gesture that felt genuinely heartfelt ❤️ The only letdown was the dessert... An overly sweet gelato that felt out of place in such a refined menu 🍦 Overall rating: 8.5/10! Even with the dessert deducting points, this is definitely a place I’d revisit 👏🍣 #SanDiego #RestaurantRecommendations #Foodie #SanDiegoTravel #LocalCuisine
