πBakery Name: SimplyCake Tiger Skin Cake Roll πππππ Five-star recommendation!! This is the best I've had in the U.S., and it's on par with those from China. The cake is very delicate, and the tiger skin is perfectly done. I bought the orange flavor, which is not too sweet and incredibly delicious. Scallion and Meat Floss Bread Roll πππππ I was initially intrigued by this, and after trying it, I realized it truly captures the taste of my childhood. I regret not buying more when I saw someone else getting four; I should have taken two! Meat Floss Mini Cake ππππ It wasn't as good as I had imagined, but it was still good. The cake is very soft, but the sauce is a bit much, making it slightly too sweet for my taste. Japanese Cheesecake πππππ This cake melts in your mouth. At a little over two dollars each, it's really a great deal. Even as someone who doesn't particularly like dairy, I can enjoy it. It's the best cheesecake I've had in the U.S. Char Siu Bread πππππ Filled with chunks of char siu (barbecued pork), this bread is incredibly tasty when heated in an air fryer. The bread is soft and chewy, and the char siu is not gamey at all. π 132 E 3rd Ave, San Mateo, CA 94401 #San Mateo#SimplyCake#food diary#Bakery shop
