The waiter mentioned that we were the first guests to dine indoors, and after the mealtime, we were the only table in the entire restaurant. Each person is served a plate of side dishes, which is quite cute. š Spicy Kabocha Galbi Jjim $30 š A small portion of spicy stewed short ribs, which is still quite substantial. You can choose to add cheese or go without spice. The dish includes eight or nine pieces of short ribs, two large shrimp, and a base of sweet and glutinous pumpkin and rice cakes. The first bite seems ordinary, but the more you eat, the more flavorful it becomes. The sauce is so good that it's not wasted and is used to mix with rice. The ribs are very tender and fall off the bone easily. The sweet pumpkin coated with chili sauce is very satisfying. š Galbi Tang $19 Short rib soup seasoned with a generous amount of pepper. The accompaniments are just a few vermicelli noodles, which seem a bit plain.
