Sapporo, Hokkaido Food Recommendations (No Queue Version) 🌟

Eating in Japan often involves either long lines or reservations. Here are two restaurants where you can just walk in, and the taste is great too. Japanese Yakiniku Restaurant Recommendation: 🌟 Tokusu K-place Very close to Sapporo Station, just search the store name on the map, it's on the 10th floor. We went during meal time and got seated without a reservation. P4 is the menu from the restaurant where you can order a variety platter. The staff all speak English, and the service is very attentive. The equipment in the restaurant is easy to use; the grill doesn't stick, the smell of smoke is minimal, and you hardly smell like smoke after eating. Sukiyaki & Shabu-Shabu Recommendation: 🌟 Gyuzen Sapporo Ekimae Street Store Also very close to Sapporo Station, this is a restaurant that combines Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu. They have Kobe beef (P5) and other varieties. It's recommended to order a combination of Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu. For the meat, it's recommended to go for the all-you-can-eat option. The Kobe beef is around 6000 yen per person and you can keep ordering for two hours. We had 10 plates of meat between the two of us, which was much more cost-effective than ordering a la carte. You can call the staff by just pressing a bell, very convenient. Some seating areas require you to take off your shoes. Blacklist ⚠️ Genghis Khan Barbecue It's a popular barbecue restaurant in Sapporo, but it was a bit of a letdown for me. There are several branches in Sapporo, with two near Tanuki Kozou Street, one main store and one branch. We went to the branch to avoid the queue. As soon as we entered, there was a strong smell of smoke. The restaurant only had mutton, and we were about to leave, but we were too hungry, so we stayed. Since it's charcoal grilled, there's a lot of smoke, and the range hood wasn't very effective. We brushed the grill with oil several times, but the meat still stuck, and the taste was quite average. The service was acceptable, and the price was not expensive. After eating, the smell of smoke on you is very strong. #JapanTravel #HokkaidoTravel #SapporoFood #HokkaidoFood
