Savannah Day 2 (Evening) 🌙 🌳

Savannah Day 2 (Evening) 🌙 🌳 We had a ghost tour booked for 8 PM, so we pre-ordered Leopold’s ice cream half an hour early via their website to kill time~ I got “banana” and “Savannah Socialite.” The banana flavor was a total delight—no cloying sweetness, zero artificial aftertaste, just pure, natural fruitiness 😌. The Savannah Socialite tasted like chocolate swirled with peanut bits, rich and nutty! Both were subtly sweet but packed with creamy milkiness, so satisfying. Ordering online let us skip the long line—just walk in through the left door, find your order number in the freezer, and grab it. Total win for lazy folks 🍦! 🌳 The ghost tour itself… was a bit of a letdown 😂. Let’s be real, it’s just a guide telling stories, and we’re pretty sure most were made up (the logic was so forced it was almost funny). We stopped at “haunted spots” but never went inside—plus, we’d already read all the historical background during the day 📖! The “ghost-detecting device” they handed out was laughable, basically a flashy toy to trick tourists 🤷♀️. After 40 minutes, a few white guys in our group bailed. Then the guide took us to a bar and claimed the bathroom was haunted… we noped out right after that! Locals were staring at us like we were total suckers, and I wanted to crawl into a hole 😅. 🌳 On the bright side, Savannah feels super safe at night. By 9 PM, we wandered to Trelyor Park for late-night snacks: fries and chicken wings. The fries were amazing—definitely seasoned with garlic powder, with a unique, fragrant flavor totally different from Northeastern-style fries. Crispy and delicious 🍟! But the “wings” were a letdown—they were actually drumsticks, tough and chewy, making my jaw ache… Barely passable 🐔. It was a busy day overall! The ghost tour is fine if you’re curious, but don’t stress if you skip it—you’re better off eating extra ice cream instead! 😉 #Savannah#savannah#USA#Travel
