Savannah Food | E-TANG 🍜
Savannah Food | E-TANG 🍜 I visited Savannah during fall break, and by 7 PM, my friends and I were hunting for a e restaurant downtown. Even when we got to the restaurant, we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table—this place is popular! It seemed like half the diners were and half were locals, which is always a good sign 👍. Once we sat down, we ordered quickly, and the food came out super fast—perfect, because we were starving! There were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group, and we went a little overboard… ordering 9 dishes in total 😂. We ended up packing about 3 of them to go—leftovers for the win! P.S. is the spicy chicken they accidentally served us, but we liked it so much we kept it—bonus dish! 🌶️ Overall, the food was solid. I don’t handle super spicy dishes well, so I skipped a few, but here’s the lowdown: Boiled pork slices (looked spicy, so I passed, but others loved it 🌶️) Stir-fried lamb (a bit gamey—tasted it but didn’t finish, though my husband loved it 🐑) Spicy chicken (delicious! Crispy and flavorful 🔥) Dan dan noodles (pretty good—noodles were chewy, sauce was tasty 🍝) Shrimp xiaolongbao (steamed soup dumplings—so juicy and fresh 🦐) Twice-cooked pork (yummy! Savory with a hint of spice 🐷) Shredded pork in sweet bean sauce (nice and tender, great with rice 🍚) Home-style tofu (I love tofu, and this was perfect—soft, flavorful, and comforting 🥢) Salt and pepper fish (crispy outside, flaky inside—so good 🐟) With tip, the total came to $220—not bad for 7 people! All in all, it’s a really solid food option in Savannah—definitely recommend if you’re craving authentic flavors 🌟. #SavannahFood#E-TANG#FallBreakEats#SavannahGuide
