Savannah Food Guide | Detailed Recommendations! š“ Right after posting the first "You Havenāt Been to Savannah If You Miss These" list, hereās ! These picks are perfect for travelers with extra time, deep foodies, or anyone who loves specific cuisinesāfollow along and you wonāt regret itļ½ The Vault (Asian Fusion) š The name alone sounds intriguingāitās a restaurant converted from an old bank vault! Step inside and youāll love the retro, cool industrial vibe, perfect for photos šø. The menu focuses on Asian fusion dishes. My go-to is Tiger Cry šÆ! Itās actually seared beef cubes, cooked to a perfect medium-rareājuicy and tender, tossed in a zesty, spicy-sour sauce thatās addictive. Their stir-fried noodles are also amazing: wok-charred, springy, and loaded with ingredients. Tuna lovers, start with the tuna tartareāfresh tuna mixed with avocado and crunch, light and refreshing! š Pro: Has its own parking lotāsuper convenient for drivers! The Juicy Seafood (American Seafood) š¦ American seafood spots are everywhere, but this oneās top-tier for flavor and freshnessāeasily in Savannahās top 3! It deserves a "Seafood Award" š. Must get the butter garlic seasoning! Rich buttery garlic coats every piece of seafood, so flavorful youāll lick your fingers. Their wings and onion rings are crispy and delicious, a great side with seafood. Pro tip: Donāt struggle with crab shells (trust me, I dislocated my jaw once š )āask the server for a cracker! I usually order the Seafood Platterāmix of everything. Hate one? Swap it for another (except snow crab). For two people: small platter + a side = perfect; large = stuffed. My friend loved it so much, she ate here three days in a row! š Pro: Own parking lotāseafood fans, donāt miss! Kim Chi II (Korean Food) š°š· The name says it allāitās Korean! They were takeout-only for ages, but now dine-in is backāgreat news for K-food lovers. Recommendations: Kalbi (Korean short ribs)ātender, coated in sweet-spicy sauce; steamed dumplings (juicy, perfect with vinegar); spicy stir-fried rice cakes (chewy, balanced heat); and sweet rice drink (refreshing). Only downside: portions are smallāorder more to fill up. P.S. For better Korean food, head to Atlanta (check my profile for Atlanta K-food recs š)! š Pro: Own parking lot three (sorry for the dad joke š) Sakura (Chinese Buffet) š± This is my "guilty pleasure" pickāitās a regular Chinese buffet, no need to go out of your way, but the value is unbeatable! $15 per person for dinner (drinks included) with endless options: sushi, seafood, desserts, mains, soups⦠plus soft-serve ice cream š¦. My friend and I stop by occasionallyāso many dishes, we always find new faves. Even if you donāt eat much, itās satisfying! Super popular with locals too. š Pro: Own parking lotāgreat for a casual, filling meal! #Savannah
