Savannah Restaurants & SCAD Survival Guide

Savannah Restaurants & SCAD Survival Guide 🍴 Ukiyo Savannah A relatively less American-style Japanese restaurant~ Apart from the soup having too much MSG (which leaves your mouth dry after eating), it’s a solid choice when you’re craving ramen 😋. Average per person is $30–50, but my friend and I ordered a tonkotsu ramen, a chicken nugget sandwich, plus tip, and only spent around $26—super budget-friendly 💰! P.S. The chicken nuggets are so crispy! Finally, not the typical American fried chicken texture—more like McDonald’s in China, instantly nostalgic 🍗~ Texas Roadhouse A Texas-style steakhouse that’s part restaurant, part sports bar. It’s lively no matter when you go 🎉. You’ll often see cute waitresses lining up, clapping and dancing (?)—kinda like an American version of Haidilao, super energetic 💃! The steak is incredibly flavorful—I couldn’t help going back multiple times~ The mushrooms with black pepper, paired with a medium-rare steak that’s tender, not chewy, and bursts with buttery juiciness in every bite… that kind of happiness is hard to find in the U.S. 😭. Average per person: $30–40~ #InternationalStudentEats#RestaurantRecommendations#scad
