Yesterday, I went to a shop called “Cake de Partie” with a friend—what a hidden gem! 😊 As soon as we entered, a sweet aroma filled the air. The cozy atmosphere made us decide to try a variety of items right away. First, I must praise their soufflé! 🍮 The staff kindly reminded us, “The soufflé is made fresh after ordering and takes about 40 minutes.” We didn’t mind waiting—and it was absolutely worth it! When the fluffy, soft soufflé was served, it wobbled gently with a “duang duang” jiggle. Scooping into it with a spoon, the texture was like a cloud, rich with egg flavor and just the right sweetness… Instantly, the wait felt completely worthwhile. ✨ Not only the soufflé, but even their simple toast was amazing! 🍞 The toast was crispy on the outside and tender inside, spread with butter and a drizzle of honey—simple yet memorable. It’s true that food made with heart is the most touching. 💖 We also ordered spicy chicken wings and pork rice. 🍗 The wings were fried to a crispy perfection, juicy and tender inside with a slightly spicy seasoning that really whetted the appetite. The pork rice was no less impressive: each grain of rice was distinct, infused with savory sauce and paired with large pieces of tender pork—one bite and we were completely satisfied! 😋 Chatting while eating, we ended up staying for quite a while. Every dish here reflected the care put into it, from desserts to mains—nothing disappointed. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the wait time for the soufflé… but good things are always worth waiting for, right? ☺️ We left feeling content, quietly adding this shop to our “must revisit” list.
