Seafood Restaurant La Fornace in Venice 🦞—Checking In! 😋
When in Venice, the City of Water, how can you not hit up a seafood restaurant? 🌊 🦞 Lobster Pasta: Today’s special! Half a lobster served with pasta 🍝. The portion was a bit small, but the flavor was on point—definitely worth a try for the taste! Red Shrimp Meat: Also a daily special! The shrimp were super fresh and sweet . Again, the portion was tiny (lol), but the taste made up for it! 🤤 Pork Liver with Corn Tortillas: When this came out, we thought, “Finally, something filling!” The taste was just average, though—like a standard home-cooked dish. Grilled Vegetables: Exactly what it sounds like! You need to season it with salt and pepper yourself. 🌿 We ordered a bottle of Rosé for only 35€—such a steal! But watch out, it’s pretty strong… definitely went to our heads! 🍷💥 At the end, they gave us two shots of vodka sorbet as dessert. Talk about a boozy sweet finish! 🥂 Overall, the food was solid 👌, but the real highlights were the service and the view! The elderly waiter was so kind and welcoming. 😊 For two people, it cost just over 100€—not bad for Venice! #Venice 🇮🇹 #FoodAndWine 🍴 #Italy #ItalianCuisine 🍝 #Europe #EuroTrip ✈️
