🌟🌟🌟Falling in love with Seattle’s secret recipe 2️⃣6️⃣ Bellevue Japanese cuisine at Genki 🌟🌟My husband and I had our first date at Minamoto. I remember choosing this restaurant because I loved the name “Minamoto,” which means “source” or “origin.” 🌟🌟I also like the word “Yuan,” which sounds the same, meaning “fate” or “destiny.” Later, I had the fortune to become friends with the former chef of the restaurant, and we invited Dylan to our wedding to create a private dinner based on our first date story at Minamoto. Whether it’s the dedication to fresh ingredients, innovative ideas for dishes, or the care for guests, we truly appreciate and are grateful for it all. 🌟🌟Today is our anniversary, and we went to eat at Minamoto again! My husband swears it’s the best oysters he’s ever had, and I loved the new cucumber sushi roll without rice.
