Seattle’s Best Value Hike | Rattlesnake Ledge

The weekend is finally here, and you want to get out and enjoy a trail, breathe some fresh air, but you don’t want to drive for hours. What do you do? 🌲 You definitely don’t want to miss this hidden gem, Rattlesnake Ledge Trail! This trail is on the way to Snoqualmie, and it’s just a 30-minute drive from East Seattle. With a 4.7-star rating on AllTrails and a Moderate difficulty level, you can hike to the summit and back in about 3 hours. 🚗 The trail offers great views from the start, surrounded by towering firs and a lush green canopy that keeps you shaded and cool. The slope is manageable, and the trail is well-maintained. Even us beginners made it to the top in about 1.5 hours! 🌟 Of course, the highlight is the summit view. The moment you reach the top, you’re greeted with a breathtaking panorama. The distant mountains stretch endlessly, and below lies the emerald green lake. It’s the perfect spot to sit back, enjoy the breeze, and snack a bit! 🌄 The return trip is even more relaxing. We were back down in just 40 minutes. On your way home, you can also stop by Snoqualmie Falls for a quick visit! 🌊 📍 **Rattlesnake Ledge Trail** 🅿️ Parking available ⚠️ It can get crowded on weekends, so an early start is recommended! #DayHike #Seattle #EasyHiking #SeattleSurroundings
