Seattle’s delicious tomahawk steak 🥩 brioche is super fragrant 😍‼️
📍The Butcher’s Table Last month, I had a farewell dinner with my bestie at this steak house that I pass by every day. We came for their famous tomahawk steak (Long Bone Ribeye), and it was indeed delicious 😍‼️ I like to dip it in sea salt, it’s quite fatty (I cut off some fat), but it’s aromatic enough. We ordered it medium rare, but it seemed more like medium rare when it arrived 🥩 The meat quality was good! The waiter told us that the steak that day was 32oz, quite large, but actually half of the weight is bone, so two people sharing is just about right. For the appetizer, we ordered the {Stone Fruit Salad}. The fruit should be seasonal; it was peaches 🍑 when we went, and now it seems to have changed to pears. All the ingredients inside are to my liking, prosciutto, pistachios, Beecher’s flagship cheese 🧀️ But the overall taste with the vinaigrette didn’t blend particularly well; it wasn’t bad though. They kindly served it to us in a half portion. The highly recommended {Beef Fat Fries} were also very fragrant, with a crispy exterior and the potatoes inside so soft they melt in your mouth. The spicy sauce wasn’t good, so we asked for ketchup instead (oops). They don’t serve bread before the meal, so we ordered one to try, and we got a fancy {Beef Fat Brioche} 🍞 It was oily but incredibly fragrant and delicious 🤤‼️ So fluffy, with a slight salty taste from the sea salt, very satisfying. The place is marked with four $on Google Maps, which might be why we’ve always hesitated to try it. For the two of us, it was a bit over$200, which is reasonable for a special occasion. In short, it was a very greasy but satisfying meal. #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleFoodExploration #SeattleFoodie
