Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge 📍 Located on the 16th floor of the Lotte Hotel, it’s a stone’s throw away from Pike Market. The ambiance is fantastic with warm, yellow lighting. The service is also great; we made a reservation in advance, but it wasn’t very busy on the day we went. It was nice and quiet with few people, which made for a great experience. You can overlook the city’s night view 🌃 The dishes here are all hits, no misses! The short rib in the main course is highly recommended!! I often order short rib and don’t expect any surprises, but the meat here was incredibly tender and flavorful, with mushrooms and rice on the side, making the whole dish super enjoyable!🥰 For dessert, I recommend the shaved ice; it has a super refreshing taste, sweet and tangy, with the perfect amount of acidity. It comes with macarons and small pound cakes to eat along with it, and there’s even a bit of ice cream in the middle.
