Seattle’s Hidden Gem Restaurant | Japanese Steak + Wagyu Sushi

📍Kokkaku Haven’t heard much about this place before, but I went for a 521 date today and it was pretty good~ 🌟Wagyu 4 ways Delicious! Highly recommended! The texture of the raw wagyu is similar to Toro; eating it plain is one thing, but with rice, it’s so aromatic and loveable. The two dishes on the right with diced wagyu have a sweet and spicy flavor and are also very good. 🌟We ordered the wagyu sirloin and it was more rare than I expected, but dipping it in mustard seeds is truly delicious. The meat is tender and fragrant. 🌟The Uni and Scallop pasta was just okay; there weren’t many other options on the menu. They did give a decent amount of Uni and scallop, but the uni was a bit bitter. 🌟Overall, the meat was really delicious! It’s wagyu, so the price seems reasonable. We also ordered two glasses of wine; after tax and tip, it came to about ~70🔪 per person. #Wagyu #RestaurantRecommendations #SeattleLife #NorthAmericaLife #SeattleFood #FoodExploration #Steak #SeattleSteak #ProgrammerLife
