Seattle’s must-visit seafood alley with an incredible atmosphere 🦀
The Crab Pot! With a view of the lake and the sea, you put on a little bib and dive right in, reaching into the middle of the table to grab all sorts of seafood and eat it with a primitive little hammer – it’s seriously so much fun! 🎉 Maybe you’d forget on a regular day, but in these moments, you truly feel like you’re in a picturesque coastal city that’s a tourist destination. The seafood is super fresh, the shrimp 🦐 and oysters 🦪 are sweet, and the set menu even includes corn, ham, and potatoes 🥔 – a favorite for those who aren’t big on seafood. It’s all very flavorful without being too heavy. The Cove is my go-to for the atmosphere, while The Alaskan snow crab and The Pacific Dungeness crab are for those who really come to savor the seafood. Steak, tacos, and soup? Let’s just say they’re not the main attraction here. I’ve tried them a few times, and they didn’t offer a great experience. There are two locations in total. One is at Pike Place Market with a great sea view, offering a classic seafood market vibe. The other is in Bellevue with a lake view, a bit less lively but more relaxed. This one gets a slight edge in my book because you can park easily, and there’s no need to wait in line. #Seattle #RestaurantExploration #SeattleLife #Seafood #MustEatList
