Seattle’s Must-Visit Steakhouse
The Bread Before the Meal is Incredi-Bread! This steakhouse is pretty iconic in Seattle’s dining scene. 🥩🌟 We decided to drop in on a weeknight without a reservation, and luckily, it wasn’t too busy, so we got a table right away. One interesting thing about this place is that most of the servers are elderly gentlemen. The one serving us was super friendly, recommending their popular dishes and even asking if we were celebrating something special. 🎉👴 It was our first time, so we ordered their two most classic dishes, which were more than enough for the two of us and left us stuffed. 🤤 The Bread Before the Meal - Complimentary 🍞🆓 Oh my goodness, this bread was absolutely AMAAAAAZING! The last time I had bread that blew me away was during the soft opening of the Universal when I had it at the Nokjing Hotel. 🥐🌟 The freshly baked whole wheat sourdough, warm and toasty. The edges were crispy with a chew, while the inside was soft and fluffy. Paired with salted butter, it was simply divine! This is the essence of European bread! Although it’s not fair to compare it to Texas Roadhouse’s much-lauded sweet bread, I have to say, it’s not my cup of tea. 🥛🤷♂️ Appetizer Crab Cake 🦀 This appetizer is one of their recommended classic starters. One bite and the sweet, fresh crab meat blended with the flour explodes in your mouth, creating a dish with layers of flavor. Topped with a sauce and garnished with green apple, it cuts through the richness of the crab cake with no hint of fishiness. A very well-balanced dish. 🍏👌 Main Course Porter House Steak 🥩 We ordered the 34oz, which is perfect for sharing. This dry-aged steak has filet mignon on one side and New York strip on the other. Medium rare was the perfect choice. The steak had a crispy exterior and a juicy interior. Paired with their provided black pepper sauce and three types of rock salt, each bite was a symphony of beefy flavors, filling your mouth with happiness. No beefy smell, just pure meaty goodness. The chef really knows their stuff! 🤤👨🍳 Dessert Caramel Brûlée 🍮 Here’s a little surprise: after we finished our meal and sat for a while chatting and drinking, the elderly server brought up a caramel brûlée with a candle on top, expressing his good wishes to us. It was so heartwarming! And how do they manage to make every dish so delicious? This brûlée could easily be a standout in a dessert shop! 🎂🕯️ Overall, this is a fine dining restaurant where every dish is a masterpiece, full of warmth and quality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seattle! 🌟👍 #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleRestaurants #SeattleDateNight #SeattleLife
