Seattle’s New Japanese BBQ Omakase Experience
⭐️ I visited on the eighth day of the restaurant’s official opening. The restaurant is still improving and has only opened 30% of its seats, operating on a reservation-only basis. There are private rooms available, capable of accommodating a maximum of 20 people for a party. 🥨 The 8-course meal included two courses of Japanese A5 Wagyu, as well as Australian M10 Wagyu and other American Wagyu. 😋 The A5 Wagyu rice wrapped in egg is a must-try - I could eat five bowls of this! 🍋 The last main course, a Japanese cold noodle dish, was also cleverly designed. It was perfect for cutting through the richness of the BBQ with its lemony noodles. 🍦 The desserts were not too sweet, catering to Asian tastes - sake ice cream with soy powder and a tart mousse cake. 🍷 The drink menu isn’t cheap, but the cocktails are strong, making them just right for a mid-week drink. 🥩 There will be a new seasonal menu in December, which I’m looking forward to trying again. 💰 It’s $150 per person + drinks and tips, so for two people, it’s over$450. #AtmosphericRestaurant #BBQ #Cuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #Seattle #SeattleExploration #Omakase
