Seattle’s niche tapas are delicious, and the cocktails are stunning

✨I’ve had this place bookmarked for a long time but never had the chance to try it out, as it’s not very convenient to bring the little one along. These two days, taking advantage of the kid being away, I came to West Seattle to see the night skyline and dropped in to give it a try. ✨The atmosphere of the restaurant is great; we were seated at the bar, and the bartender was also our server. Watching this uncle mix drinks is truly a pleasure; his movements are smooth as water, and the flavors are exquisite. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a drink like Pisco Sour; most bars don’t make it, so when I saw egg white on the menu, my eyes lit up, and I quickly ordered one. The result was stunning; I couldn’t resist ordering another one after finishing my meal. ✨This place serves Moroccan-style tapas, and the four dishes we ordered were all hits. The lamb skewers with eggplant sauce took me back to my trip to Morocco in a second; the squid was incredibly tender, I don’t know how they do it!
