I just realized I forgot to recommend a gem of a seafood restaurant that my boyfriend took me to for Qixi Festival. Let’s make up for it with a review! It’ll come in handy for Christmas, New Year’s, and Valentine’s Day. 😍 Name: Aerlume, located in the heart of Seattle’s Pike Market. Parking can be a bit tricky. 🚗 Cuisine: The menu seems to lean towards fusion fine dining, a general Western style. The flavors are surprisingly pleasant if you don’t set your expectations too high. The scallops and lamb we ordered were quite commendable. 🥢 However, since it’s fine dining, the attentive service comes at a price. Expect to spend around $200-400 for two, depending on your choices. 💰 Highlight: Here’s the best part! Various anniversaries are really about celebrating a sense of ritual. The restaurant’s huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning seascape that is truly pleasing to the eye, especially at dusk when the sky transitions from sunset to starry night. It’s very beautiful. 🌅 There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, so you don’t have to worry about missing the view due to cold weather. It’s perfect for a romantic date night!
