Seattle’s summer is absolutely gorgeous~~ stunning views
Last weekend, the weather around Seattle was sunny ☀️ with great visibility. My husband and I hopped on I-5 to explore both north and south—chasing views and good eats! 📍 North to Tacoma: We drove along Ruston Ave all the way to Ruston Point. 🏔️ Mt. Rainier looked incredibly clear against the blue sky — almost like it was floating above the sea! 🦞 Lunch at Wild Fin: their street tacos and calamari were tasty, and the shrimp pasta was super filling 🍝 😆 We also drove further to Puyallup for an even bigger view of the mountain! 📍 South to Samish Bay: We headed up the hills for some breathtaking ocean views. 🦪 Taylor Shellfish Farm’s menu is all about oysters — that’s what they’re famous for! We devoured two dozen fresh oysters + geoduck — everything was incredibly fresh 💯 🌊 After eating, we walked out to the oyster beds at low tide — such a cool experience! 📸 Samish Bay scenery + a cute little lighthouse (probably lit up colorful at night 🌙) 🚂 There’s also a moody train track along the bay — very photogenic! 👀 Samish Overlook — a bit off-road (unpaved trail), but totally worth it for the panoramic view! #SeattleWeekend #SeattleTravel #SeattleFood #SeattleSummer #SeattleOutdoors #SeattleOysters #Tacoma #Seattle
