🍖 Unbelievably Good Bone Marrow Near Seattle! 🚗💨

While driving to Mount Rainier National Park, we randomly picked a restaurant in Tacoma — and it turned out to be AMAZING! Seriously some of the best bone marrow I’ve ever had 😋 Here’s what we ordered: 🐮 Beef Bone Marrow 🍕 Pepperoni Pizza 🐚 Seared Scallops 🍔 Gourmet Burger 🍺 Craft Beer Everything was delicious! The food here really highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients. The pizza crust had a wonderful wheat aroma 🍞, and it was thin yet full of flavor — even someone like me who doesn’t usually love pizza thought it was incredible! The bone marrow alone is worth driving 4 hours from Vancouver for 😜. Served with perfectly toasted bread, it felt like eating foie gras — so rich and satisfying 🥳. The beer had a strong citrus-malt aroma that paired beautifully with the food. The burger was another star — sweet onions, juicy beef, and mushrooms all came together perfectly. The burger bun was arguably the best I’ve ever had — so fragrant and baked to perfection. Each bite was pure happiness 😭🍔! We were joking that this place must secretly be a bakery — their bread game is that strong! The restaurant’s atmosphere and service were great too. The area around it is also worth exploring — the Old City Hall and cute streets are perfect for some casual street photography 📸✨.
