Seattle|A Crepe Stop Worth Trying in Kirkland 🫓
📍 Crispy Bite House Was around Kirkland in the afternoon, so decided to stop by for a crepe dinner! ✨ 🍽️ Multigrain Crepe (Jianbing) The wrapper is thin yet not dry, with a slight chewiness. Texture is on the denser side, a bit firm but still acceptable ✅ Lots of crispy fried dough inside—nice crunch with every bite! You can add extra fillings too. 🌭 Grilled Sausages Tried both garlic and original flavors—well-seasoned but not too salty, fragrant and great alongside the crepe 👌 🥛 Black Sesame Soy Milk Highly recommended! Freshly ground with a slight gritty texture from the soybean pulp—not watery like many store-bought versions, but rich and homemade-style 💖 My personal favorite! 🥣 Northern-style Tofu Pudding (Douhua) Mild and light in flavor, good for those who prefer a simpler taste. The savory broth is not overpowering. 🥚 Unexpected Bonus: Tea Egg They ran out of rice balls, but the staff kindly gave us tea eggs instead 🍵 Turned out delicious—well-steeped with a lovely balance of tea and soy sauce aroma. 📌 Verdict: A simple, warm little spot—crepes are hearty, soy milk is fragrant, and the staff is sweet. Great for a quick bite or casual meal. Gotta come earlier for the rice balls next time! #Seattle #SeattleFood #Jianbing #ChineseCrepe #CrepeHouse #MultigrainCrepe #StudyAbroadEats #StudentFoodie
