Seattle|This Hidden Thai Gem is My Go-To Spot!

SabbVerr Thai Bar & Grill 3410 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103 Right across from the popular Kin Len Thai, but with a totally different vibe—this place serves authentic Thai street food with bold, traditional flavors. 🔥 Must-Order Dishes: 🦐 Spicy Raw Shrimp (Goong Chae Nam Pla) INSANELY spicy—I always go for level 4 or 5 heat! The burn is real (sweat included 😅), but the fresh herbs and veggies make it addictively refreshing. 🍳 Pad Kra Pao (Holy Basil Stir-Fry) Two versions: classic minced pork or omelette-wrapped rice (more photogenic!). The crispy fried egg on top is my personal fave—plus, the side cucumbers 🥒 cut through the richness perfectly. 🥣 Soups & Hot Pots Beef Noodle Soup: Winner! Packed with tender beef offal and aromatic broth—perfect with rice noodles. 😭 Pork & Mushroom Curry: Good with rice, but not my top pick (I’m not a huge curry person). Mama Ceo Seafood Hot Pot: Fun presentation (they pour the broth tableside!), but flavor-wise, it’s standard tangy-spicy with seafood, instant noodles, and crispy pork belly. 🐓 Crispy Fried Chicken Wings CRUNCHY, JUICY, and dusted with plum powder—sweet, sour, and impossible to stop eating. 🍨 Desserts All gorgeous and tasty (but expect Thai-level sweetness!). 📍 Location: Fremont (easy parking!) 💰 Price: Very reasonable for the quality 🌟 Why I Keep Coming Back: No-nonsense, fiery flavors—like a mini Bangkok night market in Seattle! #SeattleEats #ThaiStreetFood #HiddenGem #SpicyFoodLover #SeattleFoodie #ComfortFood #MustTry #NoRegrets
