🌿 Seattle's Aesthetic Eats | Visiting the Viral Thai Fusion
100 Restaurant Reviews Challenge On Tuesday, I went to see Twice’s concert with my bestie, and beforehand we stopped by a long-bookmarked viral Thai restaurant in Capitol Hill for dinner. 📍 Di Fiora: 1320 University St suite 1, Seattle. No dedicated parking lot around 🅿️—street parking only. The interior is beautifully romantic 💕, perfect for a date night or a casual hangout with friends. 🐙 Calamari De Rose: The fried calamari was delicious! Tossed in a tangy lemon and wasabi sauce, it was refreshing and appetizing. 🍣 Salmon Tartare: A generously loaded starter, though on the sweeter side and not quite to my taste. 🍝 Di Fiora Signature Carbonara: Their signature seafood cream pasta—topped with a raw egg yolk, caviar, shrimp, mushrooms, and bacon. Absolutely delicious! 🥘 Tom Yum Soup: Classic and flavorful, packed with plenty of large shrimp. #SeattleWeekend #SeattleLife #SeattleDaily #Seattle #PrettyRestaurants #HiddenGemEateries #SeattleFoodExploration #SeattleFood #VibeRestaurant
