The star of the show? Their Black Cod—hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. 🐟🔥 The skin was crispy and golden, while the flesh was buttery tender yet firm, never falling apart at the touch. A MUST-ORDER! We also tried the Kanpachi, which was equally stunning—flaky, fragrant, and cooked to perfection.
