Seattle's Beautiful Meal | 84 Yesler
Good-looking and delicious meals aren't that common in Seattle, so when I find one, I just have to recommend it! 🌟 Restaurant Name : 84Yesler Average Cost : Around $100-150 per person Pros : The ambiance of the restaurant is top-notch, and the service is exceptional (it’s owned by a Japanese chef who also owns Sushi Kashiba). It’s definitely fine dining quality. Perfect for a date or a celebration! 💫 Cons : The price-to-value ratio is a bit low. Even with just a few dishes, you’ll easily spend over a hundred dollars per person. 💸 Must-Try Dishes : - Romaine Salad : I never expected the common Romaine lettuce from Costco to taste this good! It’s topped with pork fat and cheese, but it’s not greasy at all. The first bite feels like you’re eating a piece of meat—it’s that flavorful. Friends who don’t like vegetables should definitely give this a try. It’s a whole new experience! 🥬 - Oysters : They’re genuinely sweet, worth every penny of the $5 per oyster. 🦪 - Foie Gras : One bite and you’ll feel like, “I deserve to gain weight. I’m totally okay with these calories. Life is good!” Haha. 🍖 - Grilled Octopus : It’s delicious, but pretty standard. It doesn’t quite have the same wow factor as Itto’s tapas. 🦑 - Lobster Pasta : Also delicious, but I prefer my pasta al dente. This one was a bit too soft for my taste. 🍝 #food #Seattle #FineDining #SeattleEats #RestaurantReview
