✨ Seattle's Best Value Homemade Pasta! 🍝
This restaurant completely won me over – it might even outshine all the other Italian spots in Seattle! I rarely post, but my first food review is dedicated to them. Smoke Salmon + Casarecce – $13.9 The pasta was wonderfully chewy, with just the right amount of crème fraîche and a savory broth. A nice touch of pine nuts added uniqueness! However, it was quite salty due to the generous smoked salmon. 🐟🧂 Tip: Remove half the salmon before mixing – then it’s perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mushroom & White Truffle Oil + Bucatini – $13.9 A delicate truffle scent that didn’t overpower the dish. Two types of mushrooms paired with my favorite Pecorino Romano – simply perfect! 🍄✨ Note: I skipped the recommended sausage – meat lovers might want to add it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Short Rib Ragu + Creste Di Gallo – $14.9 My absolute favorite pasta! Tender short rib in rich ragu sauce, served with soft, frilly pasta that’s just adorable 💗 And it’s their most expensive dish – only $14.9! Unbeatable value in these inflationary times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Basil Pesto + Spaghetti – $13.9 As a pesto lover, this was a letdown. The basil wasn’t finely blended, resulting in a bitter aftertaste. The four cherry tomatoes on top were ice-cold, straight from the fridge 🥶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pomodoro + Bucatini – $10.9 A simple, light tomato pasta – pretty plain compared to the others, but decent for the price. We had a lot left over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🙌 More Reasons to Love This Place: The guy working there was not only handsome but also super friendly! 😍 He chatted with us while we waited and checked in during packing Open kitchen – clean and welcoming atmosphere #SeattlePasta #ItalianFood #HomemadePasta #BudgetEats #SeattleEats #FoodReview #PastaLover #ValueMeal
