Other locations in Seattle: 📍1521 Melrose Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 📍124 Republican St, Seattle, WA 98109 Oyster Farm: (Where you can buy oysters & enjoy simple meals) 📍130 SE Lynch Rd, Shelton, WA 98584 Our experience at Taylor Shellfish was absolutely fantastic! ✨ With multiple locations across the city, we didn’t have to wait in line even on a weekend—plus, we scored street parking easily! The service was top-notch—our server gave detailed recommendations and even provided hot towels after the meal. What makes Taylor Shellfish special? They own their own oyster farms, where you can buy fresh oysters or enjoy a casual meal. The quality rivals even San Francisco’s famous Hog Island! 🦪 The oysters were insanely fresh—all sourced from Washington state. We tried six varieties of the daily selection, and every single one was flawless. Honestly? Even better than Hog Island! 😋 🌟 Geoduck Sashimi – MIND-BLOWING! So sweet and fresh, each bite was like a party in my mouth. The portions were more generous than at Chinese restaurants, and the quality? Unmatched. 🥣 Clam Chowder – Made with geoduck, and it was delicious. Not overly creamy or heavy—just the right balance of flavor and lightness. 🦞 Seafood Stew – Decent, but not the star. 🦀 The crab was served cold and pre-seasoned—a bit too salty for my taste, and the dipping sauce was a tad heavy. They also offer Ceviche (citrus-marinated seafood), which looked amazing! Overall? An incredible dining experience—especially the oysters, which were PERFECTION. #SeafoodLover #SeattleEats #SeattleWeekend #FoodieAdventure #GlobalCuisine #FoodAndTravel #WorldOfFlavors #TasteTheWorld #SeattleFoodScene #OysterHeaven
